Why people come to us
A 3D model on screen is not yet a part a factory can cast. These are the four things we hear most, and how we handle each one.
My model looks great on screen, but factories say it can't be made.
We repair broken meshes, thin walls and undercuts for casting, keep your look, and you approve before any mold is cut.
The sample came back wrong, and every fix costs another month.
We flag casting and plating problems on screen, and one English-speaking project manager sends photos at every stage.
I have an STL, but the factory wants STEP files and tolerances.
STL, OBJ, ZBrush or CAD: we set the parting line and tolerances so the molds are cut right the first time.
I'm worried my design ends up being sold by someone else.
NDA before you send files. Molds carry your project number, belong to you, and stay with us only under a custody agreement.

500 pieces per design. The mold is a one-off cost, so the unit price drops as quantity grows, and reorders need no new tooling.
About 6 weeks from an approved 3D model: roughly 4 weeks to engrave the molds, a week to tune them and a week for finishing. You get photos at each stage.
You do. Ownership is written into your contract before tooling starts. We store the molds for you under a custody agreement, use them only for your orders, and send you photos of the marked molds.
Yes, and many of our clients start there. AI models usually need repair before casting: closing the mesh, thickening thin areas and adding draft. We do that while keeping the look you designed.
Yes, as a separate paid modeling service. We quote the modeling up front, and once you approve the 3D model the project continues as normal.
