Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

This policy explains what information Shenzhen Haichuan Crafts Co., Ltd. ("Haichuan Crafts", Shenzhen, China) collects when you use haichuancrafts.com or contact us, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. The form on this site does not store anything on our server. It prepares a message that you send yourself by WhatsApp or email. We receive what you choose to include: usually your name, company, contact details and a description of your project.
• Files you share. 3D models, drawings, quotes and other project files you send by WhatsApp or email.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site, for example which pages are read and which contact buttons are clicked. It sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_<id>) that last up to 2 years, and Google processes this data on our behalf. We do not use advertising features, remarketing or ad personalisation, and we do not sell data.

If you visit from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept. Elsewhere they are on by default. Anyone can change their choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page, or block cookies in their browser. Google's own policy explains how it handles this data: policies.google.com/privacy.

How we use it

• To reply to you, assess your design, prepare quotes and carry out your order.
• To keep records required for contracts, accounting and shipping.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Your designs and files

Project files are used only to evaluate and produce your order. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send files, and we share files only with the production partners who need them for your project, under the same confidentiality obligations.

Who else handles your data

Google (analytics, as described above). Depending on how you contact us: WhatsApp (Meta), our email provider, our web host, and shipping companies when we deliver your goods. Each processes data under its own privacy terms. Because we are based in China, information you send us is processed in China.

How long we keep it

We keep project communication and files for as long as we work together and for the period required for contracts, warranty and accounting. You can ask us to delete files that we no longer need.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@haichuancrafts.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
